DesignEcho offers virtual creative services — including digital photography editing, graphic design, and virtual art direction. Because all deliverables are digital and customized per client specifications, refunds are only available under limited, verifiable conditions.

If a confirmed technical failure on our side prevents access to final project files or digital assets, clients may request a full or partial refund within three (3) business days of project delivery. All requests must include project details and supporting evidence.

Refunds are not granted once final creative files, renders, or digital assets have been delivered or approved. However, we maintain a flexible revision policy — clients can request post-delivery adjustments, color corrections, or minor layout changes to ensure satisfaction.
